System Improvement

1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company's quality management system in accordance with ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO13485 standards and other systems, including factory requirements.
2. Organize and implement internal audit improvements, investigate problems, follow up and coordinate, implement corrective and preventive actions, and follow up and resolve non-conformities.
3. Regularly audit the company and implement immediate improvements if any problems are found.
4. Organize training and provide knowledge regarding quality awareness, as well as quality management theory and practice, to all relevant departments of the company.
5. Cooperate with customers and third parties in factory audits.
6. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications: No gender restriction Bachelor's degree or higher At least 1 year of experience in relevant work Have a good understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949, and Internal Audit requirements Have a good understanding of English related to the work, have some background in IE, PE, and have good knowledge and understanding of Core tools, QC 7 Tools, 5 Why analysis, and SPC Have leadership maturity, have experience supervising 2-3 or more subordinates, and have a very good understanding of ISO 9001 system requirements Be detail-oriented and have good wit in solving on-site problems Can speak, listen, and write English well Ability to communicate in Chinese will be specially considered
