Key Responsibilities Customer Service Learn to deliver excellent guest experiences and handle customer inquiries and feedback. Observe and assist in ensuring smooth floor operations during service hours. Support coordination between service and kitchen teams to ensure efficiency. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards under supervision. Back of House Assist in inventory management, stock monitoring, and basic ordering processes. Support hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices according to company standards. Learn to assist with daily sales settlement, cash handling, and end-of-day reporting. Participate in pre-shift briefings and team meetings. Outlet Operations & Management Shadow outlet managers to understand operational workflows, manpower planning, and outlet performance monitoring. Gain exposure to financial and operational aspects of outlet management. Learn to maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SFA, SCDF). Support regular inspections, audits, and follow-up actions.
