Who we are looking for We are looking for an immediate start within the framework of direct personnel recruitment for our client in Bremen for a

Your tasks

• Support of foreign companies
• Close cooperation with CFO (sparring partner)
• Budget process (preparation of planning documents, coordination with specialist departments, consolidation of planning data as well as creation of administrative budgets)
• Forecast process (obtaining and consolidating forecast data from specialist departments)
• Analysis, plausibility check and reconciliation of monthly figures
• Preparation, support and follow-up of monthly results meetings
• Creation of monthly reporting for external stakeholders (especially banks) including P&L overview as well as selected KPIs
• Creation of reports, analyses and presentations for management and executive board
• Recording and plausibility check of investment requests (CAPEX) as well as forwarding to management
• Participation in the further development of controlling and finance processes
• Support of the reporting system (INFOR) in cooperation with an external service provider
• Reporting of balance sheet, P&L, cash flow etc.
• Monitoring KPI, company goals

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Steuerfachangestellter, Buchhalter or a comparable commercial training
• You have successfully completed further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in accounting
• You bring a deep understanding of financial accounting as well as asset accounting and have experience in the preparation of monthly closings
• You are number-oriented and can also demonstrate extensive knowledge of the legal framework (HGB, tax law) of accounting
• A careful, solution-oriented and independent way of working characterizes you
• You are a true team player
• You are proficient in using MS-Office (Excel and Word) and have experience with an ERP system
• Your English skills in speaking and writing are good
• The ability to think structurally and recognize connections completes your profile
