Admissions Officer

Rugby School Dubai is seeking to appoint a professional, personable and commercially minded Admissions Officer to support the continued growth of the school.

The successful candidate will manage the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing prospective families with an exceptional and highly personalised experience. They will proactively manage the admissions pipeline, coordinate tours and assessments, and support the achievement of the school’s ambitious enrolment targets.

Key responsibilities

Manage enquiries, applications, assessments, offers and onboarding

Build strong relationships with prospective and current families

Conduct engaging school tours and provide timely follow-up

Monitor the admissions pipeline, conversion rates and enrolment trends

Support open days, recruitment events and community engagement

Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead-generation activity

Maintain accurate records across admissions and CRM systems

Liaise with academic, finance and operational teams to ensure a smooth admissions process

Ensure compliance with KHDA requirements and school policies

Support pupil retention and re-enrolment activity

The successful candidate will have

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification

At least three years’ experience in admissions, enrolment, customer experience, business development or a similar client-facing role

Experience within a premium school, education group, hospitality organisation or luxury service environment

A strong record of managing customer relationships and converting enquiries into enrolments or sales

Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-management skills

Experience using admissions or CRM systems such as iSAMS or Salesforce

Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic would be an advantage

Knowledge of the Dubai education market and KHDA requirements would be beneficial
