Your future role:

We are looking for reinforcement in Human Resources. In this position, after the induction phase, you will take on your own areas of responsibility and, among other things, independently carry out the payroll accounting of a business unit and manage recruiting projects. In doing so, you can contribute and help shape things with your expertise, but also develop further and thus make a significant contribution to the company's success.

You are enthusiastic about:

• Supporting the HR management in personnel development projects
• Close cooperation and acting as a deputy for the HR management during absences
• Being the contact person for all HR topics for employees
• Support for managers
• Recruiting projects in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Contact person for authorities as well as external personnel service providers

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training
• Knowledge in BMD NTCS
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high social competence
• Very good English and confident handling of MS Office
• Flexibility, independent way of working, and high commitment
