Employee (m/f/d) for Quality Management in the area of Specification and Complaint Management

Which tasks await you

• The creation, maintenance and administration of product specifications for our own brands and Private Label
• The processing of customer inquiries, customer questionnaires as well as customer and licensor portals
• You are the contact person and provide support to sales regarding quality-relevant questions
• The examination and evaluation of certificates of analysis as part of marketability analyses and comparison with customer-specific requirements
• The overarching complaint management, coordination and monitoring of timely complaint processing
• The processing of complaints and creation of statements for customers (focus on retail customers)
• Support in batch traceability and active participation in crisis management
• Participation in the maintenance of central QM documents
• Support for external audits (IFS, customer audits) and inspections (especially in the areas of batch traceability, specification management and complaint management)

What you bring with you

• A successfully completed degree in food technology, nutrition and supply management or a comparable degree
• Professional experience in the food industry (focus on confectionery would be desirable)
• Initial professional experience in the field of quality management (e.g. IFS Food, HACCP) is desirable
• Basic knowledge of common food standards (IFS Food, HACCP)
• Knowledge in the field of European food law (incl. labeling)
• Analytical knowledge in the field of food
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Routine handling of MS Office applications
