Industrial Engineer (Ready-Made Garment)

Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard times (SMVs).

Improve production efficiency and line performance.

Support capacity planning and workflow optimization.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry.

Strong knowledge of time study, motion study, and work measurement.

Experience in line balancing, SMV calculation, and productivity improvement.

Ability to analyze production data and support efficiency optimization.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
