- Oversee the overall operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production and achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to improve productivity and profitability.
- Supervise production, quality control, maintenance, warehousing, and other operational departments.
- Monitor production plans, operational costs, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, minimize production downtime, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate department managers and employees.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance departments to ensure alignment between production capacity, customer demand, and financial objectives.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and efficient utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost-effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior management or factory management position.
- Proven experience in plastic manufacturing is a must.
- Strong understanding of production processes, manufacturing equipment, quality control, and industrial operations.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and lead large teams effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
