[Part-time] Teacher Assistant Preschool - Lampung

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in early childhood/preschool teaching
• Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage well with both teachers and parents
• Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches

Job Description:

• Ensure students’ safety, comfort, and well-being in the classroom
• Support students during learning activities, play time, breaks, and daily transitions
• Guide students in understanding instructions and participating in learning activities
• Maintain an orderly, conducive classroom environment that supports learning
• Supervise the class briefly when the Head Teacher is temporarily unavailable, following clear guidance
