Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is looking for a passionate and driven Commercial Marketing Associate to join our team. If you're interested in commercial operations, sales support, and people development, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
• Domiciled in Yogyakarta and surrounding areas are preferred
• Previous experience in commercial, manpower planning, or sales operations is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills and able to work under deadlines
• Proactive, highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales manpower planning across regional and branch teams
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new sales team members, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policy training
• Monitor and verify attendance records for sales teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment, training, and sales operations strategies
• Work closely with regional teams to improve overall sales performance
