A leading horticulture and floral lifestyle company in Lagos, renowned for creating exceptional floral experiences and beautifully curated green spaces.

Responsibilities :

Lead the creative direction and production of premium floral arrangements for retail, corporate clients, weddings, events and special occasions, including seasonal and signature collections. Manage the overall day-to-day floral shop operations, ensuring excellent product quality, presentation, customer service and efficient order fulfilment. Oversee the commercial and backend operations, including procurement, inventory, product costing, pricing, COGS, wastage, supplier performance, sales and profitability. Lead, train and supervise the floral team, including staff scheduling, allocation of responsibilities, performance management and maintaining a creative, customer-focused working environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2- 4 years of professional floristry experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong hands-on expertise in premium floral design, flower care, merchandising, purchasing and inventory management. Good commercial understanding of product costing, pricing, budgeting, inventory valuation, COGS and P&L, with experience using POS/inventory systems and Excel. Strong leadership, organization, communication and customer-service skills, with basic knowledge of ornamental/indoor plants and general plant care.
