Take food and beverage orders accurately, explain menu items, make recommendations, and actively support upselling. ? Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest orders. ? Maintain restaurant service standards, table presentation and cleanliness while professionally handling guest requests and feedback. Qualifications: ? At least 2-3 years of UAE waitress experience, preferably within an upscale, premium or fine-dining restaurant. ? Good knowledge of table service, order taking, sequence of service, menu presentation and POS systems. ? Fluent in Russian, with strong English communication skills; Good upselling ability and confidence recommending menu items. ? Presentable, professional and comfortable dealing with international clientele.
