About the Client: A leading group in Dubai, with a strong presence across multiple industries, and operating more than 20 successful companies in the region.
Job Description:
- Execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
- Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
- Source, screen, shortlist per job description as needed, partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Filipina candidate with minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (Strong executive search and high-volume recruitment experience)
- Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping.
- Coming from a diversified group ( construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or conglomerates.
