Spare Parts Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in automotive spare parts inventory, parts planning, procurement or aftersales operations, preferably within authorized dealerships. • Proven expertise in spare parts demand forecasting, inventory optimization, stock aging, ABC/FSN analysis, inventory turnover and replenishment planning. • Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations, supplier coordination, workshop requirements, parts catalogues and inventory management systems. • Proficiency in automotive DMS/ERP systems, advanced Excel and inventory reporting, with strong analytical, organizational and supervisory skills.

Job Description: • Oversee spare parts inventory across automotive and powersports brands, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient replenishment and high parts availability for workshops, service centers and customers. • Analyze parts consumption, forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stock levels, and minimize excess, obsolete and slow-moving inventory. • Manage spare parts ordering, supplier follow-ups, lead times, purchase planning and inventory costs while ensuring timely availability of genuine parts. • Coordinate closely with workshop and aftersales teams to prevent service delays, monitor inventory KPIs, conduct stock audits and improve inventory turnover, cost efficiency and operational performance.
