Spare Parts Advisor

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spare Parts Advisor or Parts Coordinator within an automotive dealership or service center. -Hands-on experience using Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) is mandatory, particularly for spare parts inventory, ordering and invoicing. -Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts identification, OEM electronic parts catalogues, supplier coordination and workshop operations. -Good communication, coordination and computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple workshop requests accurately and efficiently.

Job Description: -Identify and source the correct automotive spare parts using electronic parts catalogues, vehicle specifications and workshop requirements. -Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, place orders and ensure timely parts availability for workshop repairs. -Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Controllers to prepare estimates, monitor deliveries and update parts availability -Manage parts inventory, stock replenishment, invoicing, returns and credit notes, ensuring accurate transactions and records through Keyloop DMS.
