Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field with 5–8 years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience. -Open to Indian nationals with strong understanding of technical job profiles and ability to understand and screen candidates across IT technologies. -Excellent sourcing, Boolean search, candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred, with experience in technology companies.
