Production Director

Requirements

• Open to male, aged 48 years old and below - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Production, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 7+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience and strong senior production leadership exposure. - Hands-on production management experience in aluminum windows & doors and curtain wall manufacturing is mandatory; experience managing high-volume unitized curtain wall production is a strong advantage. - Strong working knowledge of glass processing/manufacturing is mandatory; candidates who have directly managed an in-house glass processing operation will be highly preferred. Working knowledge of powder coating is required.

Position Title: Production Director Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7,000 USD depending on experience and qualifications plus fully furnished private housing Benefits: Fully furnished private housing, company car with driver for business purposes, and 2 roundtrip tickets annually Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia About the Client: A leading manufacturer specializing in architectural aluminum, façade systems, glass processing, and powder coating, supporting complex and large-scale construction projects in Armenia - Lead end-to-end production across Aluminum Windows & Doors, Curtain Wall, Glass Processing and Powder Coating operations, managing 3 Workshop Heads and approximately 10–12 Supervisors across the manufacturing facilities. - Own production planning, capacity, manpower, machinery, and resource utilization, ensuring production targets, quality standards and project delivery schedules are consistently achieved. - Drive operational performance by improving productivity and reducing downtime, waste, defects, rework, and production costs, while implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics and Project Management while supporting production expansion, automation, new equipment/lines and high-volume façade projects.
