Requirements

-45 years and below; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. -Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the paints, coatings, or chemicals industry. -At least 5 years in a senior management/General Manager role, with experience managing manufacturing and commercial operations. -Strong expertise in P&L, sales, operations, supply chain, financial management, and leading cross-functional teams.
