Requirements

• Male, aged 40 or below, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Technical diploma in Welding, Metal Fabrication, Fitting or a related mechanical trade. • Hands-on fabrication experience within the tissue paper manufacturing industry, including exposure to tissue mill machinery, equipment, and maintenance requirements. • Strong ability to read fabrication drawings and independently perform measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, fitting, and welding of metal components. • Practical knowledge of fabrication tools, welding equipment, dimensional measurements, and industrial workplace safety procedures.

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, technical sketches, and technical measurements to accurately fabricate metal components for tissue paper production machinery and plant maintenance requirements.
• Accurately measure, mark, cut, grind, and prepare metal materials according to fabrication specifications and required dimensions.
• Perform metal fitting, welding, assembly and fabrication repairs on machinery components, equipment supports and plant structures to maintain reliable tissue mill operations.
• Inspect fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and workmanship, maintain fabrication tools and equipment, and follow workplace safety procedures, including safe welding and grinding practices.
