Requirements

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, order expediting, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably within piping products, valves, industrial equipment, or related trading industries
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation as well as good English communication skills for both writing and speaking
• Valid UAE driving license required, with access to a vehicle for occasional business travel

Job Description: § Monitor purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and vendors, track order status, and expedite shipments to ensure timely delivery of piping products and industrial materials. § Coordinate local and international shipments, transportation schedules, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth import/export and delivery operations. § Prepare and maintain shipping documents, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, delivery records, and logistics performance reports. § Resolve shipment delays, delivery discrepancies, and logistical challenges while coordinating with internal departments to improve supply chain efficiency
