Position Title: Demi Chef de Partie – QSR (2 vacancies) Salary: up to 3,200 AED inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Airline ticket Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A new concept of Korean fast food restaurant, based in Dubai. Job Description: • Assist with the preparation, cooking, and assembly of menu items according to standard. • Support the Chef de Partie in delivering fast and accurate dine-in and takeaway orders. • Complete daily ingredient preparation, replenishment, storage, and FIFO stock rotation. • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, workstation cleanliness, and safe food handling throughout operations.

Requirements

• Open to Tagalog speaker, aged 45 years old and below • At least High School graduate • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), preferably specializing in Asian cuisine. • Able to communicate in English clearly with good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP principles, and safe food-handling practices.
