About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Support the CDP in preparing and cooking menu items across both hot and cold kitchen sections.
• Handle daily mise en place for grilled/sautéed dishes, sauces, pasta, salads, appetizers and other hot and cold preparations.
• Follow recipes, portioning and plating standards while ensuring timely preparation during busy service periods.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, proper food storage, stock rotation and food safety/hygiene standards.
• Male, aged 28–36 years
• Minimum 2 years’ UAE experience as DCDP in hot and cold kitchen sections.
• Experience in casual dining, café, or all-day dining operations.
• Basic HACCP/food hygiene knowledge and strong teamwork skills.
