Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within automotive dealership/distribution companies. • Hands-on experience using Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) or related/similar CRM tools • Proven team leadership, customer complaint resolution, KPI monitoring, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across sales and aftersales departments

Job Description: • Supervise daily call center activities, ensuring efficient handling of inbound/outbound calls, customer inquiries, complaints, service appointments, and follow-ups. • Monitor CRM activities, lead allocation, response times, customer records, and follow-up effectiveness to improve lead conversion and customer retention. • Work closely with showroom sales, service advisors, and aftersales teams to ensure timely customer engagement, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution. • Supervise, coach, and evaluate call center/CRM agents, monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
