Country Manager - Bahrain

Position Title: Country Manager - Bahrain Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 2,500 BHD depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Bahrain

Job Description: Take full ownership of Bahrain's P&L, sales, profitability, budgets and overall commercial performance, to achieve country targets. § Lead the country's multi-brand, multi-store retail operations, ensuring stores consistently achieve sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage and profitability. Lead, coach and manage the retail leadership team, including Area/Operations Managers, Store Staff ensuring clear KPIs and accountability. Monitor store and brand performance, identifying underperforming locations/categories and improvement plans. About the Client: A leading fashion group in Bahrain, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel.

Qualifications: Open to Arabic Speakers, Male, 48 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 10 years’ retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC. Proven experience driving profitability, business growth, and team performance, with strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
