Architectural Draftsman - Offshore

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Drafting, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects, including architectural drafting for permanent, temporary, and modular buildings. • Strong knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, fit-out details, construction drawings, door/window schedules, finish schedules, and building code requirements. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, with experience in as-built drawings, revision control, document management, and coordination with MEP and structural teams. • Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and building standards, with hands-on experience in modular and temporary structures and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Job Description: • Prepare coordinated architectural drawings and details for buildings, fit-out works and modular facilities from design development through construction and final as-built submission. • Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and construction details. Develop partition, ceiling, flooring, wall-finish, door, window, joinery, and interior detail drawings. • Produce and update architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit. • Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules and coordinate approved materials.
