• Female, 35 years old and below • Relevant admissions management experience within UAE schools; strong sales background will also be considered • Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with international families. • Strong leadership, relationship management, CRM reporting and commercial communication skills.

Job Description: • Lead the school's admissions strategy, driving student recruitment, enrolment growth and conversion from initial enquiry to confirmed registration. • Manage the complete admissions journey, including school tours, open days, parent consultations, applications and onboarding. • Lead and develop the admissions team while collaborating with Marketing and Academic Leadership to achieve enrolment targets. • Monitor admissions pipelines, CRM data, conversion rates, forecasts and reporting while maintaining compliance with school policies.
