Human Resource Officer

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee matters Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff placement Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation Handle payroll and ensure timely salary processing Manage work pass applications and renewals for foreign workers Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, and grievances Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations Support performance appraisal, training, and staff development Work closely with management and project/site teams on manpower requirements Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures Prepare HR reports and support management on HR matters Perform other HR duties as assigned Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and work pass matters Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations Good communication and interpersonal skills
