RSP Group GmbH, headquartered in Saalfeld/ Saale, is a family business with various corporate holdings in the field of special machine construction. The company's focus is on the manufacture of suction vehicles with vacuum- and fan-based suction technology. The group includes, among others, the globally active RSP GmbH & Co. KG with locations in Germany, England, and France, as well as Amphitec based in the Netherlands.

We are looking for a Group Controller (m/f/d/x) at the Saalfeld location at the earliest possible date.

What to expect:

• Professional setup, support, and further development of a Management Information System (BI)
• Development into a Key User for the Management Information System (BI)
• Creation of forecasts/planning for individual companies within the corporate group
• Participation in the analysis of deviations through proactive communication with the companies
• Co-design and implementation of global standards in the area of Controlling
• Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for management, shareholders, and external partners

What you bring to the role:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Controlling
• Broad user experience with Management Information Systems (BI) and a classic ERP system is desirable
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Intercultural competence and willingness to undertake international business trips
