Architectural Designer

Job Description: Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies 

Prepare and present design proposals 

Develop design for schematic and design development stages 

Manage client and consultant stakeholders and engage in design meetings 

What you will need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) 

Min. 0–3 years of relevant working experience 

Exposure to high-rise residential projects is advantageous, though not required 

Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivation 

Possesses strong creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities 

Proficient in CAD, 3D modelling, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape or equivalent)
