To strengthen our operational excellence and financial stewardship, we are seeking a dynamic Finance & Accounting Manager to join our growing team in Jalan Wates, Sedayu, Bantul, Indonesia.
As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of the hospital. Your key responsibilities will include managing budgeting processes, conducting thorough financial analyses, and ensuring robust cost control measures are in place. You will lead forecasting efforts to guide strategic decision-making, oversee internal audit functions, and manage accounting operations with precision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you drive financial efficiency and support the hospital's commitment to providing high-quality patient care through sound fiscal management.
We invite candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess between 3 and 5 years of relevant professional experience to apply. We value professionals who demonstrate strong capabilities in Cost Control, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Management. Proficiency in Accounting, Internal Audit, and SAP is highly desirable, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
