HR Manager

About the role: This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Pluit Hospital, located in Pluit - North Jakarta. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and HR strategy. The HR Manager will also ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in Indonesia ; experience in ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Excellent skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Proficient in training and development programs
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
