Technical Trainer Applications Engineer - With experience

Technical training: Design and deliver in-person, virtual, and field training on the company's solutions and products for customers, distributors, installers, and the sales team.

Technical content development: Create manuals, presentations, quick guides, videos, and didactic material, translating engineering information into clear content for the field.

Technical support and applications engineering: Resolve inquiries regarding compatibility, loads, fastenings, and installation criteria for photovoltaic systems, issuing recommendations and escalating complex cases.

Validation and troubleshooting: Interpret blueprints and technical reports, support the design of structures/roofs, and diagnose field failures by proposing corrective actions.

Field accompaniment and representation: Perform technical visits, pilot installations, audits, and demonstrations at events or trade fairs.

Continuous product improvement: Provide feedback to the Engineering, Product, and Quality areas with field findings to improve designs, packaging, and processes.

Management and coordination: Manage the training calendar, coordinate activities with the Sales and Marketing area, and follow up on performance indicators (satisfaction, effectiveness, and training coverage).

Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience

Languages: English
