Financial Director / CFO - Experience in Payment Methods and Digital Payments.

Mobility fintech company is looking for a Financial Director / CFO to lead the financial strategy, treasury, cash flow control, reconciliations, settlements, and financial operation of electronic payment methods.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or similar is desirable.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in senior financial positions.
• Indispensable experience in fintech, payment methods, banking, mobility, electronic wallets, or digital payment ecosystems.
• Experience in card operations, reconciliations, liquidations, settlement, chargebacks, and relationship with acquirers, payment processors, gateways, or financial institutions.
• Advanced / bilingual English is indispensable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP, and financial analysis tools.
• Experience leading financial teams and working with general management or the board.
• Availability to work in a hybrid scheme in the Palmas and Periférico area.

Actividades principales

• Lead short, medium, and long-term financial strategy.
• Supervise treasury, cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
• Prepare budgets, forecast, financial models, and growth projections.
• Supervise settlement, reconciliation, and compensation processes for electronic payments.
• Manage financial relationships with banks, acquirers, issuers, gateways, payment processors, and strategic partners.
• Control accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendors, and payment schedules.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs.
• Ensure tax, accounting, regulatory, and internal control compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify financial, operational, and liquidity risks.

Horario

• Monday to Friday, executive schedule.
• Hybrid scheme: 2 days of home office per week.
