Your tasks
- Develop thermal control solutions for semiconductor test equipment
- Define thermal validation test plans and procedures
- Test thermal control prototypes, analyse the data and plan improvements
- Study the key factors in thermal control for semiconductor test and find the best methods
- Understand customer thermal requirements and design solutions that meet their specifications
- Explore new technologies and test their feasibility for future product lines
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat and mass transfer, and thermal engineering
- Familiar with measurement instrumentation and control (temperature sensors, power measurement, analog/digital control)
- Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo
- Experience with CFD simulation tools (Fluent, Icepak, SolidWorks)
