Senior Solutions Engineer (Audio/Visual)
Location: Bishan Street Working days: 5 days (9am-6pm) Salary Package: Basic Key Responsibilities Design and recommend professional audio systems, including acoustic simulations and performance predictions using EASE and related tools.
Review project requirements and prepare system designs, recommendations, and bills of materials.
Provide technical guidance to consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training, and proof-of-concept activities.
Support system design, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate regional Solutions Engineers, ensuring consistent engineering practices and customer support.
Support team development, onboarding, project assignments, and regional priorities.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support to drive business opportunities and product launches.
Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights while contributing to technical documentation and application guides.
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops.
Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of professional audio and AV engineering experience.
Proven experience designing and specifying complex audio systems.
Strong knowledge of acoustics, loudspeakers, DSP, networking, and audio transport technologies.
Experience supporting consultants, integrators, distributors, and end users.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications Experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.
Familiarity with EASE, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.
Relevant certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, EASE, or networking qualifications.
Experience in commercial, enterprise, hospitality, transportation, education, worship, or stadium projects.
