Senior Process Safety Engineer (HAZOP / Plants)

Your tasks
- Support HAZOP, HAZID, What-If, LOPA and other process hazard studies.
- Conduct process-safety reviews, risk and consequence assessments.
- Support Process Safety Management (PSM) systems, audits and compliance reviews.
- Assist with Safety Case development, reviews and implementation.
- Deliver process-safety training and workshops.
- Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Support proposals, client meetings and business-development activities.
- Travel across Singapore and APAC as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process or related Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in process safety, engineering, operations, consulting, or energy/chemical industries.
- Strong knowledge of process-safety principles and risk-assessment methods.
- Experience with HAZOP, LOPA, PHA, Safety Cases, incident investigations or PSM audits preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore process-safety regulations and Major Hazard Installation requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical writing and presentation skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCPSC, CFSE or TÜV Functional Safety are advantageous.
