Senior Application / Technical Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key technical contact for customers, providing technical support, managing requirements, coordinating solutions, and strengthening customer relationships.
• Provide technical support anddrive timely resolution of customer issues and data requests.
• Build strong customerrelationships and understand current and future technical requirements.
• Evaluate new customerspecifications and develop appropriate qualification and production plans.
• Collaborate with global teamsto develop solutions and improvement plans that meet customer needs.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions.
• Communicate process improvements and changes to customers and coordinate qualification activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Science, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-facing or technical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with databases,spread sheets, statistical tools and project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
