Repair Engineer
Core Responsibilities Develop and implement new repair processes for aero-engine components.
Create and maintain repair work instructions and technical documentation.
Design and develop tooling and fixtures.
Ensure repairs comply with OEM technical data and regulatory standards.
Lead machine and process qualification activities.
Drive process improvements to enhance robustness, efficiency, and repair yield.
Prepare First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
Provide technical recommendations and dispositions to the Operations team.
Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle other engineering tasks as assigned.
Follow all health and safety requirements.
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul (MRO) environment.
Knowledge of aerospace repair processes, such as TIG/EBW welding, thermal spray, heat treatment, brazing, high-pressure water jet stripping, chemical cleaning, shot peening, and machining, is an advantage.
