R&D/Product Visual Design Expert

Working Location: Beach Road Responsibilities Develop and maintain visual, typography, and design standards for tire sidewalls and tread patterns across global R&D offices.

Review design outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with international standards.

Support pattern design teams with visual adjustments, typography, and graphic design solutions.

Collaborate with international graphic design and typography firms to develop and optimize proprietary typefaces and visual designs.

Work closely with R&D, mould manufacturers, and external design partners on new tire designs and sidewall details.

Provide technical guidance and training to team members to strengthen graphic design capabilities.

Represent management in overseeing overall visual quality and ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.

3–5 years of graphic design experience in publishing, advertising, or a professional design agency.

Strong experience in typography, typesetting, layout, and visual communication, preferably to international standards.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Experience with Rhino and/or CAD is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, design quality, teamwork, and ability to work independently.

Experience in coaching or knowledge sharing is an advantage.
