Production Manager (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders, and Production Operators to deliver the company’s key performance targets and operational objectives.
• Oversee daily production performance and ensure key KPIs are achieved, including output, quality, cost, cycle time, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and develop effective action plans to close performance gaps.
• Establish and implement training and development programs to enhance the technical skills, knowledge,and capabilities of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanroom cleanliness, housekeeping, workplace discipline, and compliance across the production line.
• Lead and motivate the teamto foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high erformance.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or manufacturing management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.
