Title: HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Industry: Fastening & Manufacturing Solutions MNC
📋 Key Responsibilities: Regional HR Projects & Logistics: Coordinate logistics, accommodations, and scheduling for initiatives like Employee Engagement Surveys, Talent/Senior Management Development Programs, and HR meetings.
HR Reporting & Data Analytics: Consolidate personnel stats with Finance for monthly reporting and analyze HR data to spot areas for regional improvement.
Compliance & Audits: Take part in global compliance audits and stay updated on local labor regulations.
Expatriate Management: Support international and Japanese expatriates across the ASAO region and ensure smooth operations locally.
General Support: Provide back-up administrative support to General Affairs and take on ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
✅ Job Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong stakeholder management, group facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Self-motivated, meticulous with numbers, and able to work independently or in a team.
Knowledge of employment laws and practices in Singapore and the ASAO region is an advantage.
