Design Coordinator (Architecture)

Location: Anson Road/ Orchard Road/ Site/ Redhill MRT Station (Office) Working days: 5 days Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus Key Responsibilities Prepare construction and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission and approval. Monitor site progress and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams. Coordinate with BIM Modellers on architectural design and coordination works. Support tender preparation and related activities. Requirements Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience in maincon firms. Able to interpret and understand construction drawings. Experience in hotel or building projects. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
