Job Summary Job Title: Associate Test Engineer

Industry: Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing

Location: Serangoon, Singapore

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Rotating shifts — 6:00am–3:30pm / 3:00pm–12:30am

Benefits: AWS + Performance Bonus + night shift allowance + transport claim + OT pay

Work Environment: Cleanroom, shift work, weekends and OT when required

Main Responsibilities Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot semiconductor equipment, electronic circuits, and mechanical assemblies.

Perform system and component testing to ensure equipment functionality and quality.

Analyze test results and identify technical issues and root causes.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and technical procedures.

Support experiments, data collection, testing, and technical analysis.

Perform repair / rework on equipment assemblies and systems when required.

Select and set up specialized testing and measurement equipment.

Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to engineering problems.

Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Experience in semiconductor, electronics, equipment testing, or equipment maintenance is preferred.

Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and measurement instruments.

Able to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork.

Comfortable with rotating shifts , cleanroom environment, weekends, and OT.

Good-to-Have Experience Semiconductor equipment testing / maintenance
