Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities Act as the main technical contact for customer quality issues, enquiries, and reviews.

Manage customer complaints and quality claims from start to resolution.

Lead customer audit preparation, follow-up, and quality documentation compliance.

Monitor customer quality performance, defect trends, and yield impact.

Coordinate engineering/project changes, approvals, and implementation.

Support process and product improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Participate in NPI and design reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are properly implemented.

Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and relevant procedures

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above.

5+ years of QA experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in the medical industry is an advantage.

Certified Internal Auditor qualification is an advantage.

Experience handling nonconforming products, quality disposition, 8D reports, and audit documentation.
