Architectural Drafter/ Coordinator (MNC I LTA/ MRT projects)
Job Description : Prepare and coordinate architectural, shop, construction detail, submission, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
Review and revise drawings based on project specifications, consultant feedback, and authority requirements.
Coordinate architectural works with structural, M&E, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies, design conflicts, and site technical issues.
Manage submissions and approvals for drawings, materials, and mock-ups.
Supervise architectural works on site to ensure quality and compliance.
Attend coordination meetings and support project execution from design through construction and handover.
Maintain updated drawings and documentation throughout the project.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree/Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or related field.
Architectural drafting or coordination experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
Good knowledge of construction drawings and Singapore building practices.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
LTA/MRT or Main Contractor experience is preferred.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
