Talent Analyst - BPO Talent Specialist

As a Talent Specialist, you will serve as the engine of our talent pipeline, driving the strategy and execution required to secure top-tier talent. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from building proactive sourcing strategies to conducting thorough interviews and managing candidates through the offer stage in collaboration with Operations. Your primary objective is to maintain a healthy-volume, steady stream of qualified individuals to meet our scaling organizational demands while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Job specifics

External Contractor (Eligible to transfer to Local Contract after 90 days) In office Salary $39,000 DOP (Monthly) Transportation Allowance: $5,000 DOP Schedule: 8:30AM – 5:00PM (EST) US and Local Holiday work – Depending on Need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactive candidate sourcing through different platforms
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Manage job postings
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors to understand hiring needs
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial interviews (in person and/or video call)
• Grade candidates and submit top qualifiers to hiring managers for approval.

Requirements for the role:

• Fluent English (Verbal and Written)
• Sourcing and Recruiting experience - Mandatory
• Experience working in a BPO / Contact Center either as a recruiter or within the workforce
• High Attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
