Project Manager – Real Estate Development | Athens

A real estate development company specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of buildings in Athens is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Daily on-site presence and supervision of ongoing works
• Coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring timelines, quality of work, and open tasks
• Identifying and resolving issues in real time
• Providing daily reports with progress updates, photos, and key observations

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, renovations, or project management – strong advantage
• Ability to manage and coordinate contractors and professionals
• Highly organized, responsible, independent, and proactive
• High proficiency in both Greek and English – mandatory
• Available for a full-time position with daily presence at project sites in Athens
