Groups Manager - Planet Hollywood Cancún

At Planet Hollywood Cancún, we are looking for a Groups Manager with experience in administrative and operational processes related to groups and events. You will be responsible for following up on payments, master accounts, rooming lists, and invoicing, ensuring correct information control and compliance with established processes.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on group payments according to contract and ensure their correct posting in TMS.
• Manage and verify rooming lists, rates, and master accounts in TMS.
• Perform adjustments and follow up on the closing of master accounts.
• Follow up on the registration, validation, and control of supplier invoices.
• Coordinate the delivery and follow-up of documentation with Accounts Payable.
• Review and interpret group contracts, ensuring compliance with established conditions.
• Maintain adequate administrative control and follow-up for different groups.
• Coordinate with involved areas to guarantee the correct flow of information and follow-up for each group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Intermediate English.
• Proficiency in TMS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and SAP.
• Experience in reading and interpreting group contracts.
• Knowledge in payment control, rooming lists, master accounts, and invoicing.
• Organized, analytical profile, detail-oriented, and with excellent follow-up capacity.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
