HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms and shared spaces consistently meet the property's cleanliness and presentation standards. This role supports the housekeeping team through effective supervision, quality assurance, and operational coordination to deliver a clean, safe, and pleasant experience for every guest.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage. Preferably with supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and housekeeping equipment. Ability to lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to inspect rooms and public areas and ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Knowledge of proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare work schedules, reports, inventory records, and staff assignments. Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues professionally. Physically capable of performing or assisting with housekeeping duties when necessary. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment.
