Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. Previous supervisory experience is required. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, food safety, and staff supervision. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are an advantage. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
